By subscribing to our platform and creating a listing on the Site, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before subscribing.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing, listing your services, and using MusoBooker.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not subscribe or use the Site.

 

2. Role of MusoBooker.com

MusoBooker.com serves as an online directory and platform that connects Talent with clients seeking entertainment services. We provide a platform for you to create a listing and communicate with potential clients. However, we do not manage, supervise, or control the services or bookings you make with clients. The full contract for any bookings you secure via the Site is between you (the Talent) and the client.

• No Liability for Contracts or Disputes: MusoBooker.com is not a party to any contract or agreement made between you and a client. All terms, conditions, payments, and disputes regarding bookings are solely between you and the client. MusoBooker.com is not responsible for any issues, conflicts, or obligations that arise between Talent and clients.

 

3. Creating and Managing Your Listing

• Accurate Information: As a Talent, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your profile and listing on the Site. This includes your contact information, performance details, photos, pricing, and availability.

• Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including the descriptions, images, audio, or video that represent your services. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content you post.

 

4. Subscription and Fees

• Subscription: To create and maintain a listing on the Site, you must subscribe to a paid subscription plan. You agree to pay any fees associated with your subscription, as outlined during the registration process.

• Service Fees: MusoBooker.com may charge service fees for providing access to the platform. These fees will be disclosed to you at the time of subscribing or renewing your subscription.

 

5. Booking Process

• Client Interaction: The booking and contract terms for any services you provide to clients are between you and the client. • Booking Confirmation: Once a client books you through the Site, you will receive the booking details via your account. It is your responsibility to confirm the booking, communicate any additional requirements, and ensure all agreements are made directly with the client.

 

6. Payments and Fees

7. Talent Responsibilities

As a Talent, you agree to:

• Deliver the services as promised in your listing, including the agreed-upon performance, duration, and any special requests.

• Handle cancellations, reschedules, and refunds in accordance with your own policies. MusoBooker.com does not intervene in these matters.

• Maintain professionalism and provide the highest standard of service to clients.

 

8. Client Conduct

While MusoBooker.com is not responsible for the conduct of clients, you agree to:

• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Not engage in any discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful conduct towards clients or other users of the Site.

 

9. Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Bookings: MusoBooker.com does not guarantee the quantity or quality of bookings you will receive through the Site. Your success on the platform depends on the quality of your listing, your responsiveness, and your services.

• No Liability for Client Interaction: MusoBooker.com is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or issues that arise between you and clients. The full responsibility for client interactions and performance rests with you.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusoBooker.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any bookings made through the platform.
